When New Moon occurs in March, the Sun will have progressed from Aquarius to Pisces, and this becomes the lead-up to Easter, which is always in the sign of the Son. John the Baptist, who is the Water-bearer in the sign of Aquarius, even acknowledged this when his own cousin approached him on the day of the baptism. He said to Jesus:

“Behold, the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! 30 This is He on behalf of whom I said, ‘After me comes a Man who has a higher rank than I, for He existed before me.’ 31 I did not recognize Him, but so that He might be manifested to Israel, I came baptizing in water.” 32 John testified saying, “I have seen the Spirit descending as a dove out of heaven, and He remained upon Him. 33 I did not recognize Him, but He who sent me to baptize in water said to me, ‘He upon whom you see the Spirit descending and remaining upon Him, this is the One who baptizes in the Holy Spirit.’ 34 I myself have seen, and have testified that this is the Son of God.” John 1

“Questions are relational - They involve the other. They weave roots to plants & branches to trees – nourishing bugs & bacilli – feeding the human being - Ever asking: Are we a fit food for the gods? As we co-create a resilient connection between Spirit & Matter.”

This is the true Manichean Objective.

The best and most thorough place where Steiner spoke about Manichaeism is here in the first lecture of The Philosophy of Thomas Aquinas. Spirit and Matter are united. This is what caused Augustine so much trouble. He had to separate Spirit and Matter and make Spirit superior. This became the Church.

And tomorow we honor 'Thomas of Aquino' nicknamed the 'Dumb Ox', supposedly because of his size & the fact that he was slow in speech. Yet, his teacher, The Great Albertus Magnus, said: "We call this man a dumb ox, but his bellowing in doctrine will one day resound throughout the world." Those words have proven to be prophetic.

Didn't he experience his own beatification, when he declared all his writings as "so much straw"? This was also experienced by the College of Twelve in the birth of Christian Rosenkreutz.

They were all illuminated when the deathlike state was overcome, and Christian Rosenkreutz was revived in his restored etheric body. Just a short life of about 21 years then, in the 13th century, but he would go on to live over a hundred years in his next incarnation from 1378 to 1484. Wrote the original Rosicrucian Manifestos that he would one day bestow on a young initiate in the early 17th century, Johann Valentin Andreae.

These are the two lectures that link together the Rosenkreutz phenomenon. The lodge that could not be identified in the lecture from 1911 was able to be identified in 1924. It was the School of Chartres, and here is a nice graphic from March 13, 1911, ref. GA 124, which shows the more direct route through Greece and Italy to France:
